Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
Please allow 7–10 business days for your piece to be dispatched, as each creation is hand-finished with care. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping
We ship our pieces worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery. Any customs  and import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All applicable international taxes, customs duties, and import charges are determined by the courier upon arrival in the destination country and are payable by the recipient. While Niṣhkalā Design does not have control over these charges and is unable to reimburse them, we encourage customers to review local import regulations prior to placing an order. Should the recipient choose not to settle the applicable duties or taxes, the shipment will be considered abandoned, and no refunds or store credits will be issued.

Order Processing
All orders are thoughtfully processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Made-to-Order Pieces
Some garments are made-to-order. Please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

Delays
Niṣhkalā Design celebrates artisanal craftsmanship and handwoven textiles, so minor variations or extended lead times may occur. We deeply appreciate your patience and support for slow, responsible fashion.
