Refund policy

At Niṣhkalā Design, we embrace slow fashion and sustainability, so we do not offer general returns or exchanges. However, if a product is defective, missing, or you need a size exchange, we are happy to support an exchange or resolution.

You may be eligible for an exchange if:

  • You receive a defective or damaged item

  • An item is missing from your order

  • You wish to exchange for a different size (within 7 days of delivery)

How to report:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (size exchanges must also be requested within 7 days)

  2. Email info@nishkaladesign.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue or item

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for missing or wrong items)

Our team will carefully review your case and offer a repair, exchange, or credit note if eligible.

Non-eligible cases include:

  • Minor color variations

  • Customer-induced damage after delivery

  • Delays caused by courier or customs
